ALL 5 years it’s been awarded. Recipients are
recognized forcontinuously providing the highest

point of view.

twice as nice!
Pam and Jeff Bickel really outdid themselves this
year. They doubled the fun by offering two nights of
great music and fundraising this year for HG I.
Donations were accepted and almost $2,000 was
raised.

Lots of "Paw"tying going on!
18Therapy Dogs from Therapy Dog International
(TDI) were “treat”ed to a real dogparty at HG I. The
party was in appreciation for all that they (and
theirhumans) do to help others in the community
and here at hospice. Special thanksto Pet Supplies
Plus, Certified Burger, and the Darien Animal
Hospital.

Last year was an eventful year for HG I! We
survived a record-making hurricane, significant
changes to our reimbursement, and increasing forprofit hospice competition while remaining a
vibrant, sustainable organization and accomplishing
key strategic goals.
