Cancellation Policy
Because the Spa and our therapists time is reserved for you,
when booking two or more services, spa packages, or parties
of two or more we require a credit card or gift card number to
reserve your appointment. We ask that you notify us 24 hours
in advance if you need to cancel or re-schedule. Should you
not cancel 24 hrs before your appointment the following will
occur:
