With your Telstra HomeLine® service, you can catch up
with loved ones in over 230 countries* whenever you want.
Direct dialling a fixed phone or mobile phone overseas is
easy, so you never need to feel out of touch.
* Excludes HomeLine Part.
International Direct Dialling
0011/0015 fixed phone and mobile calls
Just dial 0011 before the appropriate country code
and number you’re calling, to pay the per minute rates
in the tables starting on page 6. If you’re sending a fax,
use 0015 instead.
0011/0015 fixed cap calls
If your HomeLine Plan includes fixed price caps for
international calls, they’re the most you’ll pay for up
to 10 or 20 minutes of talking (when you’ve used up your
cap, you will be charged standard call rates) – including
the call connection fee. You still just dial the same 0011
or 0015 access code to start saving.
You can check all the details, by country, in the call
rate tables starting on page 6. Simply see if your plan
is in either of the two top right-hand boxes, then look
down to find the rate for the country you’re calling. Easy.

International Value Packs
Telstra International Calling Pack
Make it easy to call friends and family overseas whenever
you want – whether you’re catching them on their fixed
number or their mobile. Just add an International Value
Pack (IVP) to your eligible HomeLine Plan for $5 or $10 a
month, and you’ll have automatic access to great calling
rates to over 70 countries.
Want the simplicity of all your calls to your favourite
destinations to be included in one monthly flat price?
Take a look at the Telstra International Calling Pack (ICP).
For just $15 a month with your eligible HomeLine Plan,
you can call your family and friends on their home phones,
in 32 selected countries, at no extra cost. Better still we’ve
included mobile phones in 14 of those countries as well.
The calls to mobile phones in the remaining countries
will incur our lowest per minute call charges plus a 45¢
connection fee.
Call rates start from as low as 1¢ per minute plus a 45¢
connection fee. Plus, with the $10 pack, your monthly fee
includes your first $10 worth of eligible calls to fixed and
mobile numbers.

Charged in per minute blocks. Eligible plans are HomeLine Budget,
Complete, Plus, Reach and Together (and Advanced if you have a
13-digit account number). Unused credit expires at the end of the

Ultimate access
If you’re on our HomeLine Ultimate plan, you get the low
International Value Pack rates automatically. There’s no
need for you to buy the separate pack – just dial and save.
Introductory Offer – only $10 a month: If you take up
the ICP before 18th February 2013, you will only pay
$10 a month for the ICP. It will remain at $10 a month
as long as you maintain it continuously on your home
service. It’s that easy.
Only available to customers with 13 digit account
numbers. Not available on HomeLine Part. IVP and ICP
are not compatible with each other. No call connection
fee applies to calls included in the subscription.

International Value Packs
Where rates are not specified in the table in this brochure, charges
at the standard international direct dial rates in accordance with
your eligible HomeLine plan will apply. Calls made to the selected
countries in excess of the $10 credit are charged at the International
Value Pack rates set out in the table. Calls to all other international
destinations are charged at the standard international direct dial
rates according to the terms of your eligible HomeLine plan. If you
stop being eligible for the Telstra International Value Pack, you
will stop receiving the reduced rates to selected countries and
the monthly subscription fee will be rebated on a pro-rata basis
during the same billing period.
Telstra International Calling Pack
Where rates are not specified in the table in this brochure, charges
at the standard international direct dial rates in accordance with your
eligible HomeLine Plan will apply. If you stop being eligible for the
Telstra International Calling Pack, you will stop receiving the reduced
rates to selected countries and the monthly subscription fee will
be rebated on a pro-rata basis during the same billing period.
The introductory offer will apply for customers who take up the offer
until 18th February 2013. The introductory subscription of $10 per
month will continue as long as you maintain an uninterrupted
subscription on your account. Customers who take up the ICP after
18th February 2013 will pay $15 a month subscription.
