CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Cardio/Strength Mix: This dynamite mix of cardio and strength is taught in either
segments or interval style. The instructor may incorporate any mix of exercises from
multi-impact aerobics and athletic step, to jump ropes, weights, bands and body bars.
Mix it up and get a great workout.
Cardio Sculpt: Be prepared for anything! This cardiovascular challenge can combine intervals, multiimpacted moves, boxing, jump rope, medicine ball drills and more! Leave it to the instructor to surprise,
energize and challenge your cardiovascular endurance.
HIIT- High Intensity Interval Training at its best. Focus on cardio bursts,
weights, mobility and more to strengthen your heart and your body.
Bosu Pump: Using the Bosu as a tool the instructor will challenge your stamina, strength and mental
toughness. You will be guaranteed a great sweat in this 55 minute class.
Bootcamp: A "Gym Style Class" taught in sections to improve and challenge your stamina, strength and
