Declaaion of Covenm8, Conditions md Restrictioms for Heafter Ridge (Crystal Oaks Eighth
Addition), which Amendment was recordd in OR Book 1312, Page 0836, Public Records of
Citnrs Cormty Florida, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Articlc
