5
CHRIS CHAVES:
I have a comment.
Okay, Mr. Chaves.
On August 20, 2012,
6
after receiving a phone call about a couple of VMS
7
boards being used as off-premise advertising on Route
8
110 and Route 1 in Salisbury.
9
SPS Construction logo affixed to them and they were
The VMS boards had a
10
advertising for shows for the Blue Ocean Music Hall.
11
Letters were sent to the president of SPS Mr. Phillip
12
Capolupo as well as Cathy Aiello from the Blue Ocean
13
Music Hall.
14
The reason why this is being brought up
15
now is Mr. Capolupo is the proposed licensee and he is
16
also involved in SPS Construction, as well as the
17
addresses for SPS, and the license to Northvision have
18
the same address in Salisbury.
19
any kind of notification from them whether they have
20
taken them down.
21
We haven’t received
Letters were sent certified mail.
ED FARLEY:
So, Mr. McCleary, is there
22
a relationship between the company in question and the
23
applicant, Northvision LLC?
24
PETER MCCLEARY:
They are two separate

Did you hear back from the company?
CHRIS QUINN:
Do we know if they are up
or down?
CHRIS CHAVES:
We don’t know at this
time.
14

just for clarification to make sure those other signs

3
PETER MCCLEARY:
May I ask, if the
4
signs are there or have been removed is there a
5
problem -- any additional problems with the
6
application?
7
CHRIS QUINN:
No, I think we would just
8
like to take a look at the connection between the two
9
entities.
They do have the same address and we would
10
like clarification that they are in fact separate even
11
though they appear to have the same address.
12
right, Mr. Chaves?
13
CHRIS CHAVES:
14
ED FARLEY:
Is that
They do.
So we will take it under
