20 minutes presentation, plus 5 minutes after Q&A
Random order of presentations
Presentation to remain consistent with original proposal
Allowed to enhance, clarify, or add detail to concepts,
features, and plans contained in original proposal
All computers, phones, and communication devices will be
turned off and secured for duration of B-Session meeting
Presentation team limited to no more than 5 persons, which
may include attorneys and lobbyists
No communications with City Council members for duration
of B-Session meeting

recommended San Antonio River Cruises
• Programming that:
• Enhances the customer experience and reflective of San
Antonio’s culture, history and authenticity;
• Leverages San Antonio’s unique and diverse cultural
assets; and
• Provides a new and exciting experience incorporating
technology and innovation.
• River Barge Concessions Contract will be brought for Council
Consideration on May 25, 2017.
