ADDENDUM #2
Please note: The following clarification to Quotation Q16P323 shall form part of the “Quotation
Documents.”
- A gravel access ramp is required for equipment to transfer palleted cement carvings to container
number three (3).
- Cement blocks 8" x16" are required under the containers, leveled and spaced every 6' to 7'.
ALL OTHER SPECIFICATIONS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.

Please note: The following clarification to Quotation Q16P323 shall form part of the “Quotation
Documents.”
- Containers can be 8’6” high.
- The 8” blocks are to be concrete blocks.
- Delivery is not specified at this time, but the expectation is within two weeks of the quotation award.
- The old containers are to be disposed of upon removal.
ALL OTHER SPECIFICATIONS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.
