Now What?
Congratulations! You have finished your initial 8 day XYNGULAR IGNITE FAT BURNING
SYSTEM and have turned your body into a fat burning machine! Now what?
What you do from here depends on what your goals are. Read each of the following 3 options below and choose the option
that best describes your current situation and mindset. The most important thing for you to do is to choose the option that
will work for you, your current situation, and your life goals! If your situation or goals change in the future, refer back to
this section to determine if your “Now what?” plan has changed also!

Keep Going!
– You are super excited about the weight and inches you lost during
your initial 8 day IGNITE program but you still have more weight you want to lose. You have the
motivation to move forward full steam ahead! You are committed to do whatever it takes to finally
take control of your weight once and for all and right now is the time!
Once you have finished your 8th day on the IGNITE program, take 1 day off. On your day off the
program, make sure to eat freely and have at least one meal where you eat until you are absolutely
stuffed! You are doing this for two important reasons.

In most cases the amount of weight you lose during a
second, third, and fourth cycle will decrease. Typically,
you will lose about half of what you did during your first
cycle on your second cycle, but the impact it has on your
appearance will be just as noticeable. Think about it this
way; if your goal was to lose 30 lbs when you started the
program and during your first 8 day cycle you lost 10 lbs
or 33.3% of the weight you wanted to lose, if you lose just
6.6 lbs on your second cycle you just matched
percentage-wise the same amount of weight, 33.3%, as
you lost in your first cycle! As you get close to your goal

TIME OUT! PROGRAM: You are in control of the time you take between your 8 day cycles on the IGNITE
program! However, keep these recommendations in mind….

You can choose 1, 2, or 3 weeks between your 8 day IGNITE cycles. However, if you go longer than 3 weeks
between cycles, you can still have success but it is not recommended for fast weight loss.

The longer you wait between cycles, the greater chance your body has of falling out of a fat burning mode and
slowing down your results.
It is absolutely critical that you use the “mini course
correction” if you have more than one bad eating day.

is Critical that you do a “mini course correction” (which is the first two days of IGNITE). This will ensure your body
stays in a fat burning mode and will quickly eliminate any resulting weight gain.

a “mini course correction” of either the first two days of IGNITE or the first four days of IGNITE. This will
ensure your body stays in a fat burning mode and will quickly eliminate any weight gain.

Continue taking all the products used during the IGNITE program: XYNG, Super Fruit Global Blend,
Lean, Accelerate, Cheat, and Flush as recommended for at least 90 days after you complete the IGNITE
program. This will help your body stay in a fat burning mode as long as possible. In addition, you have
just changed your body’s fat “set point” and it is going to want to go back to “normal.” Using the products
will keep your calories lower, keep your body healthy, and even though you are not on the IGNITE system,
you will change your eating habits to reflect your new healthier lifestyle, adjust your body to its new “set
point,” and make it easier for you to maintain your ideal weight.

Maintenance Program: Even though you have reached your weight loss goal and you are in a
maintenance mode, it is recommended that you repeat IGNITE every 3-4 months to “fine tune” your body and
make sure you maintain your optimal weight.

Don’t just rely on the scale to be your judge! When your body fat
goes up and your lean muscle drops, it is possible to weigh the
same. However, you will notice your clothes fitting tighter and it
is not because your clothes shrank! Get right back on IGNITE!

Maintenance can be the toughest part of a program! As time
goes by, it is easy to get complacent and let the pounds creep
on. Set a weight gain limit (3-5 lbs recommended) and when you
hit that threshold go right back into IGNITE or do a “mini course
correction” if it is a fast weight gain. By doing this, you will
ensure you stay at your ideal weight.
