WHIA Online Wound Education Program Certificate Retrieval Each of the WHIA Online Wound Education Modules contains a quiz. A score of 85% of more is a pass and will result in a certificate. To access the certificate the following steps need to be taken: 1. After logging into the OWEP site you will see your dashboard. The modules you have access to will be listed here. Click on your selected module link. Click here 2. The module activities page contains the Terms of Agreement which needs to be read before the module can be accessed. Click on the Terms of Agreement link. Click here 3. Once the Terms of Agreement have been accessed the activity is considered complete and you can return to the module activities page to access the module by clicking on the highlighted ‘here’ link at the end of the paragraph. Click here 4. As you return to the Module Activities page you should notice a green tick in the small square box to the right of the page indicating the conditions of reading the Terms of Agreement have been met. Access the module by clicking on the module link. Click here Green tick box 5. Once you have completed the module and have passed the quiz you will see the following screen. At this point take a screen shot to save your results just in case there are issues with obtaining your certificate. In some modules you can also print your results which will also include the date and your name. Print this for future reference in case it is ever required. Click on the finish button. 6. Back on the Module Activities page the second small box on the right will now be ticked and the Module Certificate of Completion link with be active. Click on this link. Green tick box Click here 7. The following screen will then appear. Click on ‘Get Certificate’ Click here 8. The certificate will appear in another window and you can save this file as a pdf or print it out. 9. Your certificate is now stored in your account and if you need to access it at a later date click on the certificate link and the following screen will appear stating when the certificate was first issued. Click on the ‘Get Certificate’ button to download the certificate again. How to take a screen shot 1. To take a photo of your computer screen press PrntScrn. On some keyboards, PrtScn might appear as PRTSC, PRTSCN, or a similar abbreviation. Some may require you to hold down the Fn button at the same time. Certain laptops and other mobile devices that lack a PrtScn key might use other key combinations, such as FN+Insert, to capture the screen. Check the manual that came with your laptop or device for specific instructions. 2. Click on the Home button and find the Paint program. Open this up. Paint program Home button 3. In Paint, click on the paste button. An image of your screen will appear Paste button 4. Click on the top left corner drop down arrow to select the menu options to save, print or email your screen shot. Menu options button
