No. This is not an insurance policy and does not provide insurance coverage.
3. How will I know if my drug is available on the list?
Customers can visit www.heb.com/pharmacy to determine specific list medications.
The pharmacy staff will also be available to answer questions.
4. What quantity is included in the $4, $8, and $12 pricing?
The $4, $8, and $12 pricing is for commonly prescribed dosages up to a 30 day supply.*
5. What quantity is included in the $10, $20, and $30 pricing?
The $10, $20, and $30 pricing is for commonly prescribed dosages at a 90 day supply.*
6. What discounted prescriptions are available for pets?
Pets can receive the $4, $8, and $12 list pricing with a prescription from your veterinarian for human equivalent
medications on the list.
7. If I have insurance, will I still be able to receive the $4, $8, and $12 list pricing?
Yes. Customers with insurance should continue to use their insurance. Insured customers will generally pay the list
price OR the insurance plan’s co-pay, whichever is less.
8. Will medications on the $4, $8, and $12 list count towards my insurance deductible?
If the pharmacy bills your insurance for medications included on the $4, $8, and $12 list, the claim will count towards
any deductibles or out of pocket expenses.
9. How do I find the cost of medications that are not on the list?

Yes. Customers with insurance should continue to use their insurance. Insured customers will generally pay the list
price OR the insurance plan’s co-pay, whichever is less.
8. Will medications on the $4, $8, and $12 list count towards my insurance deductible?

Customers can visit www.heb.com/pharmacy to determine specific list medications.
The pharmacy staff will also be available to answer questions.
4. What quantity is included in the $4, $8, and $12 pricing?
The $4, $8, and $12 pricing is for commonly prescribed dosages up to a 30 day supply.*
5. What quantity is included in the $10, $20, and $30 pricing?
The $10, $20, and $30 pricing is for commonly prescribed dosages at a 90 day supply.*
6. What discounted prescriptions are available for pets?
Pets can receive the $4, $8, and $12 list pricing with a prescription from your veterinarian for human equivalent
medications on the list.
7. If I have insurance, will I still be able to receive the $4, $8, and $12 list pricing?
Yes. Customers with insurance should continue to use their insurance. Insured customers will generally pay the list
price OR the insurance plan’s co-pay, whichever is less.
8. Will medications on the $4, $8, and $12 list count towards my insurance deductible?
If the pharmacy bills your insurance for medications included on the $4, $8, and $12 list, the claim will count towards
any deductibles or out of pocket expenses.
9. How do I find the cost of medications that are not on the list?

*The day supply is based upon the average dispensing patterns for the specific drug and strength. The prices, quantities and the
list of covered drugs can be modified by H-E-B Pharmacy at any time without notice and at H-E-B Pharmacy’s discretion.
