Christmas Tree
Cut 2 - Large trees (felt)
Cut 1 - Small tree (fabric)
Buttons (optional)
Pot Holder
Cut 2 - pieces of fabric
2 pieces - batting
Ribbon (optional)
1. Place 2 pieces of batting between
the fabric.
2. Pin together
3. Using the sewing machine sew
around the outside of fabric to join
the fabric and batting together.
You should sew an X on fabric to
hold down the center.
4. Hand sew ribbon on potholder.
1. Pin small tree to large tree. Sew this
on with sewing machine.
2. Hand sew buttons onto tree
3. Glue the remaining large tree to the
back of the other large tree (this tree
has the buttons hand sewn on the
front)
Gift Bag
Cut 1 - piece of fabric
Ribbon (optional to close bag)
1. Fold 2 inches over on the short end. Pin
each fold. Sew this on sewing machine.
2. Fold entire piece of fabric in half, insides
facing out. Sew a 1/4 inch seam on both
sides.
3. Turn your bag so that the good side is
facing out.
4. Tie a ribbon on to close your bag.
