Challenge Sheet
Each Pupil will create web page(s) about Second World War. Information for the
project will be researched on the Internet. The web page(s) need to contain the
following information:
Page One
Section One: The facts
Write one sentence outlining what was the Second World War and why it
took place.
Write one sentence outlining when and where it took place.
Write one sentence outlining how many countries and people were
involved.
Section Two: The sides
Write one sentence explaining who Britain’s main allies were.
Using a table list four main Allied Leaders and there Country.
Add one image of a flag for each of Britain’s allies.
Write one sentence explaining who fought against Britain.
Using a table list three main Axis Powers Leaders and there Country.
Add one image of a flag for each of countries that fought against Britain.

Write one sentence explaining how people protected themselves from air

Write one sentence describing what it must have been like for evacuees.
