Update on Elevator
The elevator has been upgraded and is now in
service.
Update on sale of Community Center and
construction of new offices and meeting room: All
necessary approvals have now been obtained from
Archbishop Donald Bolen in order to execute the
agreement for the sale of the Community Center. All
the necessary approvals have also been obtained
from Archbishop Donald Bolen to begin the building
of the new offices and meeting room after the title of
the Community Center has been transferred to
Wilhelm Construction Services Inc. The office and
meeting room will be built based on the preliminary
designs that were submitted as part of the approved
agreement. The cost of the building of the new
offices and meeting room ( on the front lawn south of
the elevator) is covered through the sale of the
Community Center.
