13. Studied the effect of “Vipassana” on the inmates of Tihar Jail. Dimensions in focus were Self
Esteem, Social Relationships, Emotional Stability, and Expansion of Self to determine the
effect of how continuous Vipassana led to the inmates being more self-aware and at peace
with themselves.
14. Studied the Self-Concept Scale in a project titled ‘Who am I?’: Done on the self-concept
scale, the ‘who am I?’ questionnaire was filled by male participants grouped as children, preteens and teens. The scale measured on qualitative as well as quantitative dimensions.
