James has agreed this proposal ie the PFC will donate £100 to the cost of the
new bin and also £80 per year for the emptying.
Can you confirm that this is acceptable to the PC?
As Colin suggested, the payment would be best dealt with by subtracting it
from the donation the PC makes to the PFC.
