The pat watters band
BIO
It’s Saturday night in Wisconsin.
It’s been a week or two since you’ve lost your mind, but tonight’s the night. You’ve got plans
to hang out with your friends, drink too much, get too loud, and sleep it off tomorrow.
It’s nights like this, when you’ve been in a good mood all day in anticipation. Nights like this,
when you finally get to let loose and have fun. It’s nights like this that are made for a Pat
Watters Band show.
The Pat Watters Band (PWB) is a 5-piece independent country band cut from the bluffs of
Western Wisconsin. With compelling original songs, their own take on classic and current
country hits, and a paint-peeling, high energy live show, the PWB has one of the fastest
growing fan bases in the upper Midwest. It’s that energy that propelled them into statewide
acclaim, earning them the title of People’s Choice Band of the Year at the 2010 and 2011
Wisconsin Area Music Industry (WAMI) Awards.
A PWB show isn’t your run-of-the-mill cover band experience. The band’s independent
album “The Man in the Middle” has yielded solid regional radio success, with singles
including “All Night One Day”, “When He’s on the Whiskey”, and the band’s trademark song
“When I Grow Up.” But it isn’t just the band’s original songs that set them apart. The PWB plays
the kind of songs that built country music. From hell raisin’ tunes by country’s original
outlaws, to gems from country’s up-and-coming acts, the PWB specializes in the kind of
music that gets you thinking, gets you drinking, and reminds you why you love country.
So pull up a stool, or walk right up to the bandstand. Hell, the boys would love to meet you.
The guitars are tuned up, the sound check is over, and the band’s about ready to fire it up.
Sing along if you want, dance like you’re good at it, or just sit there and drink. But whatever
you do, have fun. Because it’s Saturday night in Wisconsin, and the PWB came to party.
“The PWB is a band that I tried to get for
every "Q" event! They rock; not only doing
covers but with their own material too.
Always professional and flexible, they are
simply the best you could ask for in an act
to represent your event, radio station,
and/or city!“
