1 – Serial number of the visa sticker (9 digits, it can not be repeated)
2 – Valid for: REPUBLIKA HRVATSKA (Country the visa is valid for: Republic of Croatia)
3 – The beginning of the period of validity of the visa (date)
4 – The end of the period of validity of the visa (date)
5 – Type of visa: it can be type A (airport transit visa) or type C (short-term visa)
6 – Number of entries: it can be 1 (one entry), 2 (two entries) or MULT (multiple entries)
7 – Duration of stay, i.e. the number of days a person is allowed to stay in Croatia. It can be 1 - 90 days
8 – The name of the city where the Embassy or Consular office that issued the visa is located
9 – The date of issuing of the visa
10 – The serial number of the travel document in which the visa was issued
11 – Surname and name of the visa holder. In case the name is too long, it is shortened to fit the visa sticker
12 – The cost of the visa application fee - displayed in different currencies, depending on the place of issue
13 – The purpose of visit. The purpose must correspond to the real purpose of the visit. It can be: PRIVATNI
