Directions for taking nutraMetrix® Isotonix ® Supplements: 1. Remove clear cup and outside seal, and unscrew small white cap. On left: small white cap. On right: clear measuring cup. 2. Punch a medium sized hole through silver seal. 3. Fill the white bottle cap level with the Isotonix® powder. 4. Pour contents of bottle cap into measuring cup. 5. Fill cup with the appropriate amount of water, (2 oz. per capful). a. For example, for one dose, fill cup to middle white line, this is 2 oz. b. For 2 doses, fill white cap with powder twice and then fill water to top of clear cup, this is 4 oz. 6. Drink the solution, screw white cap back on bottle, wash out clear cup and store separately. For best nutritional results: Measure both water and powder carefully to assure an isotonic solution for best absorption. Stir solution and let fizz for 1 minute before you drink it. Take on an empty stomach (3 hours since last meal). Wait 5 minutes per capful before eating or drinking. *Exception: B Complex & Digestive Enzymes should be taken with meals.* Note: All our Isotonix® supplements can be mixed and taken together. STORAGE DIRECTIONS Keep products in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. If conditions in the area are very humid, it is best to store products in the refrigerator, but not in the fruits and vegetables section. However, if the powder does partially cake or clump, just shake to break up contents. The potency of the supplement is not diminished. IMPORTANT: Do not place the clear measuring cup back on the bottle, store it separately. Putting it back on the bottle may cause moisture to seep in and cause powder to clump.
