Please read the following terms because they are binding on all ticket orders. All the
necessary information can be found on our website and in the rules tab. If you have any
questions or problems, please write an email.

You want to cancel your reservation?
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 60 days before the start of the
conference. If you wish to cancel your registration, you should take into account the
following: You must in any case confirm your cancellation in writing by sending an E-mail to:
[email protected] If a cancellation is received after the 60 days prior to the start of
the conference, PMU Show shall be entitled to charge 50% of the total price of the
reservation. If a cancellation is received within 30 days before the start of the conference,
PMU Show shall be entitled to charge 100% of the total price of the reservation. Please
carefully consider the purchase of tickets
You want to refund the ticket?
In case of cancelation of participation to the conference, PMU Show will refund the amount
with regard to the terms mentioned in section “Cancelation”. If for any reason the
conference will be cancelled, the participant will receive a full refund of the participation fee
(the refund will be transferred to the credit card account, bank account, etc). The refund will
not include travel and accommodation costs.
You want to change a participant?
Subscription to the PMU Show is personal and is not heritable without prior notice. If the
participant is unable to attend the conference, a colleague can take your ticket and place.
You must meet the following conditions: both parties need to confirm this change, and you
contact us by e-mail no later than 30 days from the date of commencement of the
conference.
Are you afraid to spread your data? Privacy Policy PMU Show
It is obvious that we need some of your necessary data for registration in the system, but do
not share or sell them to third parties. We ensure that when you registering in our system,
your personal data is safe, and you can sleep peacefully. Your private data for example your
home address or phone number, we need only to contact with you (in emergency
situations), or if we will must send you a certificate of participation, packages, etc.
If the participant is under 18 years old is required the written consent of a parent or legal
guardian, which should be sent to us.

We also reserve the right to make the video and post and share photos from the conference,
which may appear your image. This is part of an advertising campaign and our policy. If you
are against, please, write an e-mail to us.
Our security guarantee
PMU Show is committed to protecting your security and makes every effort to ensure our
transaction process is safe. All information processed is encrypted and passed via a secure
connection.
Safety and important security tips
If you using a public computer or terminal, always log out and close the browser when you
finish your online case. Keep your passwords private. Remember, anybody who knows your
password may access your account. When creating a new password, a combination of letters
and numbers is best. Do not use popular words, your name, email address, or other personal
information that can be easily obtained. It is also recommended that you often change your
password into new one. Avoid using the same password for multiple online accounts
Others
After payment you will receive a personalized entrance ticket on the e-mail address you
signed up with. It is required to print the document and take it with you during the
conference. The ticket shows your booking information. If the ticket contains incorrect
information, please contact us as soon as possible / or maximum 30 days prior to the event.
The ticket is only valid if printed on white A4 paper, without any adjustments in size. There is
no other way allowed (electronic, PC screen, laptop or smart phone etc). A partially printed,
unreadable, sloppy or damaged ticket will be refused irrevocably. The ticket is personal and
can’t be transferred to others without written notice (see upper topic). The Permanent
Make Up World Conference disclaims any liability, loss or theft, in the event of abuse of the
ticket. Please keep an eye on yours tickets ;)
If it is impossible to acquire a ticket to the conference, you can pick it up on the spot after an
earlier arrangement with the organizer of the conference.
Tickets can be picked up on-site conference PMU Show the day of the event for 2 hours
before it starts. The buyer must show an identity document / passport and confirmation.
Tickets will not be transferred to third parties.
