Yes, there will be a Visa Entertainment pre-sale and a Frontier Touring members pre-sale. Justin

When can I purchase the packages?
Packages are available to purchase online only during all pre-sales and during the General Public
onsale. Please note that there are strictly limited packages available for each city.

What do I need to do to ensure I’m ready for when tickets go on sale?
To ensure fair access to the site for all users, and in an attempt to reduce scalping, a time limit of 12
minutes will be set to complete your transaction within. Before entering the site to purchase
tickets, please ensure that you have the following prepared:
 Make sure you are signed up to My Ticketek and have your login (email address) and password
handy
 Ensure you have a valid credit card and that you are the credit card holder (for the Visa presale,
ensure you have a valid Visa card)
 Make sure you know what show and how many tickets you want to purchase

I’m trying to enter ticketek.com.au and I’m getting a screen saying I’ve been placed in a queue.
What does this mean?
We anticipate that there will be massive demand for Justin Bieber tickets, and traffic to
ticketek.com.au is likely to reach the capacity we set to provide customers with a better purchasing
experience. If this capacity is reached, you may be directed to a holding page where you are
queued until other customers leave the site. Please be patient while you are on this screen, as soon
as other customers finish purchasing and leave the site, new customers will be let in.

Why is there a ticket limit?
The ticket limit has been applied to ensure that there is fair access for Justin Bieber fans and as a
measure to minimise ticket scalping.

How long do I have to complete my transaction on the Ticketek website and the Ticketek mobile
site?
You will have 12 minutes to complete your transaction, and the timer at the base of your screen
will let you know how much time you have remaining. If your session time expires, you will receive
a notification and your tickets will be released back for sale. If this happens, you will need to access
the site again if you wish to purchase tickets. Please ensure you have all relevant details prepared
before accessing the site, as the time limit will begin as soon as you enter ticketek.com.au.

The Ticketek website works on a "best available" seating system. This means that at the time you
make your ticket request, the best available seats will be offered to you.

When will I get my tickets?
Diamond, Emerald, A, B and C Reserve tickets tickets will be available to print from Monday 1st
July. Customers who have opted to have tickets posted should expect to receive them by the end of
July.
VIP Justin Bieber Experience tickets can only be collected from the venue on the day of the show.

What is Ticketek doing to stop scalping?
For all Justin Bieber shows, ticket limits apply. Tickets purchased in excess of these limits may be
cancelled.
We are aware that there are a number of people who sell Ticketek tickets on eBay and other online
auction sites. Ticketek continues to monitor these websites for tickets being offered for resale in
breach of our terms and conditions of sale. We take appropriate action where possible.

Ticketek recommends that you do not buy tickets from unauthorised sellers, and can not guarantee
that tickets offered on these websites are legitimate, nor can we guarantee that they have not
already been cancelled.
Ticketek is anti-scalping and we are continuing to investigate and take a range of steps to minimise
it.
