Antrim-Froggatt-McCalmont Hall residents are connected. Located across the street from the library, academic buildings and the
student center, students who live in AFM enjoy the convenience
of being in a great place to sleep and study.
COMMUNITY LOUNGES
COMMUNITY KITCHEN
When residents get hungry, they can head to the
lower level to make cookies or a snack. There
plenty of space to cook a meal for a few friends,
too. All kitchens have a stove and oven with a fan,
a microwave oven, refrigerator, sink and lots of
counter space. Students can rent cooking utensils
from the front desk.
McCALMONT STUDY LOUNGE
In the McCalmont basement, residents of AFM
can utilize the wide open area for study, watching
television or cooking a meal.
AF STUDY LOUNGE
Between each of the floor sections are lounges.
These are great places to study or hang out. It’s
not unusual to see a large project stretched out
on one of the tables.

DOUBLE RESTROOM
The shared bathroom can act like the hub of the
floor with signs informing you of upcoming events
while providing needed amenities like the:
SINK AREA
Since a bank of sinks exists, residents might find
themselves catching up with floormates while
brushing their teeth.
SHOWER AREA
Although shared, shower spaces offer some privacy through curtains. Residents also tend to work
together to alternate the timing of their showers
to allow privacy.
TOILET AREA
All bathrooms also have a bank of stalls to allow
residents’ discretion.

There are two designs of triple rooms in AFM. In AF, each triple room has a
bed, a desk, a chair, a dresser and closet|wardrobe for each resident. One bed is
lofted while the other two beds are bunked. This differs from McCalmont where
each resident has a bed with an adjustable loft, a desk, a chair, a dresser and
closet|wardrobe. In all AFM triples, roommates share a garbage bin, recycling
bin and micro-frig (microwave, refrigerator & small freezer). The rooms are
carpeted, too.

Most of the rooms in AFM are doubles where two students live. Each
room comes with beds and lofts, chairs, desks, dressers, closets or
wardrobes and a micro-refrigerator, a garbage can and a recycling bin.
