A RESOLUTION TO CORRECT RESOLUTION NUMBER 15-R-3877, ADOPTED BY
THE ATLANTA CITY COUNCIL ON AUGUST 17, 2015 APPROVED BY THE MAYOR
WITHOUT SIGNATURE BY OPERATION OF LAW ON AUGUST 26, 2015, BY
DELETING THE INCORRECT NAME OF THE CONTRACTOR FOR FC-8271,
ALTERNATIVE FUEL VEHICLE LEASE PILOT PROGRAM AND INSERTING IN
LIEU THEREOF THE CORRECT NAME OF THE CONTRACTOR AND BY
DELETING THE INCORRECT TERM OF FC-8271, ALTERNATIVE FUEL VEHICLE
LEASE PILOT PROGRAM AND INSERTING IN LIEU THEREOF THE CORRECT
TERM; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 15-R-3877 (the "Legislation") was adopted by the Atlanta City
Council on August 17, 2015 and approved by the Mayor without signature by operation of law
on August 26, 2015; and
WHEREAS, the Legislation inadvertently listed the incorrect name of the contractor for FC3877, Alternative Fuel Vehicle Lease Pilot Program (the "Agreement") as Atlanta Vision I, LLC,
a wholly owned subsidiary ofVision Fleet, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the correct name of the contractor for the Agreement is Atlanta Vision I, LLC, a
wholly owned subsidiary of Atlanta Vision Holdco, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vision
Fleet, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative inadvertently listed the incorrect term of the Agreement as two (2)
years with three (3) two (2) year renewal options to be exercised at the City's sole discretion; and
WHEREAS, the correct term of the Agreement should be three (3) years with three (3) two (2)
year renewal options to be exercised at the City's sole discretion; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire ofthe Mayor's Office of Sustainability to correct Resolution No. 15R-3877 to reflect the correct name of the contractor as Atlanta Vision I, LLC, a wholly owned
subsidiary of Atlanta Vision Holdco, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vision Fleet, Inc., and
to reflect the correct term of three (3) years with three (3) two (2) year renewal options to be
exercised at the City's sole discretion.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATLANTA, GEORGIA, HEREBY
RESOLVES, that Resolution No. 15-R-3877 be corrected by deleting the incorrect name Atlanta
Vision I, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vision Fleet, Inc. and replacing it with the correct
name Atlanta Vision I, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Atlanta Vision Holdco, LLC, a
wholly owned subsidiary of Vision Fleet, Inc. wherever the incorrect name appears in Resolution
No. 15-R-3877; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 15-R-3877 be corrected by deleting the
incorrect term of two (2) years with three (3) two (2) year renewal options to be exercised at the
