Cut & Clean Glass:
 Print pattern on page two and cut each pattern piece out. Cut one 6” x 6”
square (pattern piece A) out of SP26772SF Sunflower Yellow opaque
glass.
 Trace around pattern pieces B, C, and D and cut each piece out of the
yellow and green glass. Shape with a glass grinder to ensure a tight fit.
 Decide the order in which you want your crayons in the box and cut the
ends off each one using the pattern on page two as a guide. Shape with a
glass grinder to ensure a tight fit.
 Use dish soap and water to clean all glass pieces. Dry with a lint free cloth
or paper towel.

 Glass Grinder
 Place a kiln shelf lined with an 8” x 8” piece of Bullseye thin fire fusing
paper into your kiln.
^Firing schedules should be used
 Center project on the Bullseye thin fire and fire to a contour fuse^.
as a point of reference only!
Apply Crayon Decal, Words, and Medium Fire Decal Fuse:
 Clean contour fused project with dish
soap and water. Dry with a lint free cloth.
 Due to the printing process of the crayon
decal it is important that the words are
not fired on top of the crayon decal. Use
a utility knife to cut out the centers of the
decal crayons as shown.
 Trim off the bottom of each crayon decal to fit each color in your fused
crayon box.
 Use a small scissors to cut crayon words as close as possible removing
extra decal white space.
 Apply crayon decals and center the crayon word in the open part of the
decal according to the decal instructions. Take care to remove bubbles
and let dry overnight.
 Place a kiln shelf lined with an 8” x 8” piece of Bullseye thin fire fusing
paper into your kiln.
 Center project on the Bullseye thin fire and fire to a medium fire decal
fuse^.
 Finish by gluing the cardboard easel back to the back of your crayon box
with Superflex Clear Silicone adhesive. Let dry 24 - 48 hours.
