A $150 deposit is required to hold a date. This deposit is applied to the final invoice; payment is due on the
day of the event.
A finalized menu and head count must be on file no less than a week before the event. The final head count
will be the number upon which the invoice is based.
We require an arrival time for guests and a time frame for food service so that the food is served fresh.
No alcohol may be brought in from an outside source.
A minimum food purchase of $300 is required to not incur further room/staff fees. The room may be rented
without food service for $300; however, staff fees do apply. If food is not purchased through The Back Nine, a
bartender’s rate is $8/hr for a minimum of 4 hours.
If plastic flatware or plates are required; there will be a charge of $2/pp.
Soda and non-alcoholic drinks are not included in any of the buffet menus’ pricing. Coffee and tea or soda may
be added for $2/pp.
We do stock white, disposable table cloths for our tables. The club will cover buffet and cake/gift tables;
further table covering will incur a $3 per table cloth charge.
Decorations may be used by the party but are at the final discretion of The Back Nine Club. We allow most
everything besides any types of glitter or confetti.
Food quantities are strategically prepared based on the final head count. We ask that the function coordinator
assist us by making sure each person is aware that there is a certain amount of each dish that should be taken. The
Back Nine will provide service for any dish where a quantity per person may be unclear.
Plates, flatware and napkins are all provided by The Back Nine Club. Our staff will clear dishes and will take full
responsibility for clean-up and termination of the event.
If special instructions are needed for the set-up of chairs and/or tables; we ask that a meeting is set with our
Function Coordinators at least a week in advance. We will make notes on the event’s function instruction sheet at
that time.
Our staff reserves the right to responsibly serve alcohol to customers over the age of 21.
DJ’s, small bands and other means of entertainment/music may be utilized in the function room. We ask that
all of the details needed concerning this aspect of the function be finalized at least a week in advance.
Requests for food, changes to a head count or other changes made to the function within a week of the event
will be addressed by our Function Coordinators and Chef. If accommodations can be made, we will make them. We
reserve the right to use the information gathered before the deadline passes.
We do require a credit card on file for any incidentals and that customer signature includes responsibility for
persons in the event group.

