The Gulgi Room - Named for one of our former members, The Gugli Room can seat up to 60 to 100 people. This
beautiful room is lined with windows and faces east towards our picturesque pool and golf course.
The Dance Floor - A unique area for your event, this space features a beautiful parquet wood floor and fireplace. It
can be closed off on all sides to offer privacy and can hold 60 to 100 people
The Patio - Offering a beautiful outside venue for your gathering, the patio has been the site of multiple weddings. The
patio can accommodate 100 to 200 guests depending on what the event entails.
The Porch - The breathtaking view of the golf course in any season is the main feature of this space which can
accommodate up to 100 people. No matter where you sit, the view is beautiful.
The Main Dining Room - Available to host approximately 100-200 guests, the main dining room is the central hub of
Calumet Country Club. Traditional and elegant, this room in combination with the dance floor is the main site for the
majority of weddings and member events held at Calumet.
The Byron Nelson Grill - This member dining “pub” style room has limited availability. It features a full service bar
and breathtaking golf course view. If your wedding reception is 150 people or more, we will close this member
restaurant during the reception.
The Outside Pool- this member outside pool has limited availability from June to September and pending weather. Your
party can be serviced with a wait staff, lifeguard, and outside food to make for a fun outdoor event.

1. Calumet Country Club closes the doors of all events at 11pm. An additional deposit of $150.00 is due upon
signing the contract if you would like the extra hour, to close your event at midnight.

3. Projector and Screen rental fee of $100- available for meetings, presentations, or any business event. This
includes set up as well.
4. Table Cloth color $4.00 per table- Besides the standard white or maize that comes with room rental. There are
many colors and fabric materials available.
5. Table Runners $4.00 per table- a great addition to your tables in any color
6. Table Overlays $15.00 per table- a great addition to your tables in any color
7. Ceremony Set Up Fee Inside or out $500.00- This includes all set up and moving of chairs from ceremony to
reception.

provided. We will purchase, create, and set out on a display table for you.

Guarantees, Deposits & Payments:









A non-refundable $500.00 deposit is due at time on contract signature to secure Calumet Country Club for a
particular date
If having outside ceremony additional charges of chairs & AV/Speaker equipment is required
Deposit will be applied to the final bill
A $500 Room Rental Fee is due at time of contract signature. This includes room set up, linens, chinaware, &
exceptional service during your event.
Payments are accepted via personal check, cash or credit card
An estimated number of guests is required with your contract. Final guest count is required three days prior to
your event. This is when your final payment for your event is due as well.
Calumet has a 50 person minimum for scheduling off hours/season event.
Calumet will close the Byron Nelson Grill for your party of 150 or more. If you wish to use the Nelson Grill a
room $500.00 rental fee will apply
In the event of cancellation, Calumet will retain all deposits and/or pre-payments

Outside Cake/Wine Charges:


Calumet does allow guests to bring in their own cakes (birthday, anniversary, wedding, etc.)
Calumet does allow their guests to bring in a special wine for a corkage fee of $15 per bottle
Dress Code:

Calumet’s dress code does not allow jeans or t-shirts at any time
A refundable clean-up/damage deposit of $500 is required in addition to the user fee. The cleanup/damage deposit must be cash or a cashier’s check. The clean-up/damage deposit is to be paid at
the time of final payment and will be returned the Monday following to the event, as long as the
facility is left in satisfactory condition.
Calumet’s experienced staff is happy to assist you in any way we can. If you would like pricing on something that is not
listed, or would like to customize a menu for you please ask and we will be happy to create something just for you.
