The first factor was shading intensity consisb was ing-of three le-vels : unshaded, shading intensity of 40% and 65%. The second factor 40% of thinning fruit applied, iuit thinning consisting of three levels : no fruit thinning A and 60%. The results indicated that : (1) maximum grawth and yield of strawbery was at' weight of tained at 40Vo incoming light, (2) removing 407o of fruits in a cluster increased fruit with coupled light individuat fruit, (3) snaiing which passed 40vo of incoming of C content vitamin thinning of 40Vo was the bistcombination, (4) shading increased flower numben tiller strawbirry fruit, and (5) yietd components might be predicted from number per plant, and ftuit weight average.
