Need our Track manager here to
discuss track license. Cannot race we
have no license. No more
modifications can be made as it cost
$330 for a temporary license last
meeting.
Phone call was made to Kris Steele to
ask if he would take over Mini Bike
Track Manager as Daniel wishes to
resign from the committee. Kris
accepted, we all welcomed him.

Half day duties for scorers





Agreed we need help.
Ordering of Ice and gas for BBQ needs
to be a canteen job.
Scorers are forgotten in the tower, no
chance to eat, drink or toilet.
Scorers are changing to half day
duties to relieve some of the work load
that the secretary and treasurer carry
out.
Need to do up a jobs list for each
committees role.

Vanderfield sponsoring
some of the repairs on the
tractor. – Also reimbursing
the cost of the mower deck
as part of their sponsorship.
A and B Grade riders

Tash and Tania have
graded the riders in 65, 85
and junior lites with
Gibbsy’s guidance.
Money Vanderfield are reimbursing for
the cost of the mower deck has been
received in the bank.

on cost of hiring spray unit
and purchase of paint.
This was not followed up on.

Air Conditioning
Carleens Father in-law didn’t come to
check power supply. Need someone
else. Gibbsy to call Dan Kolman. Also
get him to check the power in the
canteen and the gate.

Shade for Tractor

At last meeting Caretaker
was asked to move the
shipping container over so
we can put a shade up for
the tractor. Where are we at
with preparing a shade for
the tractor?
Container was not moved as
requested at previous meeting.
Gibbsy will organize it to be moved so
we can make a shade for the tractor.

Track manager not at meeting to
discuss. We were charged $330 for a
one-day license for the last race
meeting. Need to license the track.
Therefore, no more changes can be
made now as application need to be
submitted to get licensed.

caretakers regarding work that needs to
be done on toilet blocks. Karl knows a

It was brought to my attention
during my ambulance ride the
ambulance was late to get
Lochlan because they read our
sign out the front that says we
are closed. I think we need a
sign that reads, CLOSED FOR
EVENT or EVENT IN
PROGRESS
