Jennifer Lawrence
Jennifer Lawrence is an American actress.
She was born on August 15, 1990 in
Louisville. Jennifer Lawrence had in 2006
for the first a few guest roles in television
series. In 2008 she made her debut on the
silver screen. That year she won the
Marcello Mastroianni Award at the Venice
Film Festival for her role in The Burning
Plain. In the movie X-Men: First Class,
which was released in June 2011, she
played Mystique. She plays the main
character Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger
Games book adaptation that appeared on
March 23, 2012. She won numerous
awards, including an Oscar in 2013 as well
as a Golden Globe for her starring role in
the romantic tragicomedy Silver Linings
Playbook.
Catching Fire
Catching Fire is the sequel to the Hunger
Games. Katniss Everdeen and Peeta
Mellark won the Hunger Games. They think
they are safe now, but they are not. Katniss
Everdeen ìs being blamed for the uprising in
Panem. She should be punished.
The Capitol broadcast takes place after the
tour. This is the 75th Hunger Games, and to
celebrate it, there will be special rules. In
the 75th anniversary the male and female
tributes will be chosen from previous
winners. There is only one female tribute
from district 12 who won and that is Katniss.
She must go back into the arena with Peeta
who goes as volunteer for Haymitch. In a
terrible arena that continues as a clock,
Peeta, Katniss and their allies battle to
survive.
After Katniss' escape from the arena in the
second Hunger Games, Katniss comes with
the rebels in the devastated district 13.
Katniss has become the symbol of the
uprising against President Snow. President
Snow hits back hard. Katniss worries about
Peeta, who is trapped in the Capitol.
Katniss is very protected because she is the
figurehead of the revolt. It is rather a
psychological battle between Katniss and
the Capitol where the television plays a very
important role. Katniss quickly understands
that she also gets manipulatesd by the
rebels so they can achieve their goal, which
is not different from the way she was
manipulated by the Capitol. It is something
that really frustrates Katniss.

Josh Hutcherson is an American actor. He
was born on October 12, 1992 in Union
Kentucky. He wanted to act since he was
four years old. But he only began
auditioning on his tenth. Josh Hutcherson
soon got roles in movies. In 2003, he got
more and more important roles. He got a
starring role in Wilder Days. After seeing
Hutcherson in youth films Motocross Kids
and The Polar Express he broke through in
Hollywood in 2005.
In March 2012, the film adaptation of the
book The Hunger Games released, in which
he played Peeta Mellark. In November 2013
a sequel to this film, Catching Fire,
appeared. The third and final part,
Mockingjay, will be filmed. In 2 parts Part 1
will premiere at the end of November 2014
and Part 2 in late November 2015.

Suzanne Collins
Suzanne Collins is a writer. She was born in
Hartford on August 10, 1962. Her career as
a writer began in 1991 as a scenario writer
of children's television programs. She has
worked on several television shows for
Nickelodeon.After meeting children's author
James Proimos Collins was inspired to write
a children book. She wrote the series 'The
Underland Chronicles'. Collins wrote also
The Hunger Games series. The first book of
this series, the Hunger Games, was
published in 2008. The second book,
Catching Fire, was published in 2009 and
the third book, Mockinjay, was published in
2010.
Hunger Games
The Hunger Games is a book which is
written by Suzanne Collins.
The
protagonists of the book are Katniss
Everdeen and Peeta Mallark.
The book is about Panem. In Panem, there
are 12 districts. Furthermore, you have the
capitol. Every year the capitol organizes the
hunger games. Each district elects two
children, a boy and a girl, who represent the
district. Katniss Everdeen lives in District
12, the poorest district of Panem. Katniss
and her sister are registered for the hunger
games. The sister of Katniss is elected.
Katniss has volunteered to play instead of
her sister. She comes to a forest with 23
other fighter. Her only goal is to survive.
This gets tricky when she gets a special
bond with the other battler of district 12,
Peeta. There comes a new rule. Two
people from the same district can win.
