Good Neighbor Policies
The Big Island’s reputation as a relaxing destination is due to the
quaintness and charm of its island life and neighborhoods. Since you
are staying in a private home surrounded by neighbors, many of whom
are not on vacation, we ask that you remember to be a respectful guest
and good neighbor.
Please be aware of the noise level of your group. It is often easy to
forget just how close your neighbors really are. Quiet times are from 10
pm to 8 am.
For comfort and enjoyment of subsequent guests and of us the owners
this is a NO SMOKING UNIT. The complex is also a no-smoking
complex smoking is not allowed on the grounds.
Pets are not allowed in or on the property. Pet hair and dander can
cause severe allergic reactions, so for the comfort of future guests and
ourselves, pets are prohibited.
Condo association rules mandate outdoor decks and patios be NO
NOISE ZONES between 10 pm and 8 am. Violation of these rules may
result in a fine which will be charged against your credit card and/or
security deposit or the immediate termination of occupancy without
refund.
Condo association rules limit the number of guests who are allowed in
each unit. Unreported guests in the unit will result in a fine which will
be charged against your credit card and/or security deposit or the
immediate termination of occupancy without refund.

House Rules
The following pages contain the house rules for the Condo Association. Violation
of these rules results in a fine to the renter (that is YOU) and will be deducted
from your deposit. As condition of rental or use of condo you agree to abide by
these rules and are responsible for any fines during your stay.

No towels or clothing on the railings of the lanai.
Parking is strictly enforced. Parking is only allowed
with a parking pass issued by the mangers office
with a deposit.
Guests visiting during your stay are permitted to
park from 8 am to 5 pm in VP Parking stalls.
Condo is limited to 4 people sleeping unless
otherwise noted.
There will be fines or ejection for additional guests
without approval.

The wireless access point is called wireless and is using wpak2 security with a
password = 2095950791
Click on your wirless and open connections available to you. Select Wireless and
use the 2095950791 access code.
TV/DVD
There are 76 channels on the TV. The following steps allow you to watch TV or a
movie with the DVD player.
1. The small remote turns on the TV and the Soundbar. Press the TV
Power and then the Power button for the Sound Bar.
2. If no sound be sure that the Sound bar says DI on the LCD on the
soundbar below the TV.
3. If no picture, be sure the TV is on then check the TV Source by
pressing the TV Source Button the remote. This changes the TV
from the HDMI which is for the DVD player to the TV.
DVD
1. From the TV/Soundbar remote press the TV Source until the TV
highlights HDMI at the top of the screen.
2. Then with the DVD remote Press the DVD Power Button.
3. Press Open the DVD and place your movie in the DVD tray.
4. The DVD remote will work the DVD player and the TV/Sound Bar
remote will work the TV and Sound.

moved to any of other phone jacks in the Condo.

Closest Convenience Store = Oshima Store
Leaving the villas from the main entrance go left and stay
straight on the road. You will come to a small town and Oshima
is on your right.
Closest Full Service Grocery Store = KTA Superstore in
Keauhou Shopping Center
From the Villa’s main entrance turn left, then turn right at
the first turn and go down the highway north 4 miles back
towards Kona. At the first light (Kamehameha III Road ) turn
left and head down the hill 2 miles. You will see the shopping
center as you descend on your right. Turn right at bottom of
the hill at the stop sign.
Closest Drug Store Chain = Longs in the Keauhou Shopping
Center
Movie Theater = Keauhou Cinemas in the Keauhou Shopping

Leaving the villas from the main entrance go left and stay

Leaving the villas from the main entrance go left and stay

Strawberry Patch is on your left.
HOURS
All common areas require the key located in the condo with a
red lanyard.

BBQ is a briquettes and is located in the swimming pool
complex.

Check Out Check List
When you leave ……
 Please pull all bed sheets from the bed and leave in hall
bathroom tub.
 Please clean and put away all dishes and cookware.
 Please take out all trash to the dumpster.
 Please empty fridge of any food.
 Please close all windows and lock all doors.
 Check to be sure you have all of your belongings.
 Please leave a note for anything that needs repair or
replacing and let us know how we can improve your stay.
 Please leave the key and the pool keys on the coffee table
and make sure door locks and you get a green light
confirmation. Should the door not lock place the key in
the key box after locking the door.
 Do Not turn off covered switch by the door. – Thank you
 Return your parking pass for your deposit.
