Programming & Events
- Wacky Wednesdays – started in August: first Wednesday of every month
- Fun on Fridays – started in July and continues every 2nd & 4th Friday during CRT lunch
– word searches are a big hit
- Cookies & Crafts: 12/7/15 & 12/11/15 – People came to paint ornaments
- Winter Safety: 12/16/15, presentation by FVHD – canceled due to lack of interest
- Winter Wonderland: 12/28/15, 70+ attendees
- Wii Bowling League Individual Tournament: 12/30/15 at Bristol Senior Center – 5
Canton Rollers attended
- LGBT Moveable Senior Center: Simsbury hosts this month: 1/21 (snow: 1/28)3-8pm
- Memorial Service for Larry Soliani: 1/6/16 – 1PM, MP Room, CCC
- Group Leader Meeting: 1/11/16 – discuss the coming year/room reservations, etc.
- Dial-A-Ride Grand Opening: 1/11/16 – lunch & a ride on the bus
- Be Your Own Healthcare Advocate: 1/13/16 – FVVNA workshop on what you need to
know about your health as you age.
- Wii Bowling Match: Canton vs Plainville at home; reaching out to community for pizza
donation for lunch that day.
- SAVE THE DATE: Love Your Neighbor Luncheon 2/8/16
- SAVE THE DATE: Leap Year Luncheon 2/29/16
