In a nutshell, coMra-Therapy works by, firstly, providing energetic support for diseased cells to
restore their respective functions and, secondly, by initiating neurochemical messaging
cascades that rally support for all vital systems of an organism.
coMra-Therapy is a completely non-invasive and non-destructive approach to healing. This
means that there are no associated side-effects and negative interactions with other types of
therapies.
Let us look at the four radiances.
Infrared L a s er
An infrared diode laser is the central component of coMra-Therapy. Infrared lasers have been
shown to have a wide range of benefits and various mechanisms of action.
However, it is fair to say that the primary role of the IR laser is to increase the efficiency of
the production of the universal fuel of all living cells – the ATP molecule.

Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) is an energy currency inside all living cells and its importance
is difficult to overestimate, for it powers all processes that are needed for a cell to grow and
thrive.
Energy that is stored in the chemical bonds of ATP:
is released when ATP breaks down into its constituent parts, adenosine diphosphate, AD P,
and phosphate:

and that energy can be used for performing work:
Muscular contraction
Digestion
Working of the immune system
Vision
Wound repair
Synthesis of proteins
Nerve impulse conduction
Blood coagulation
Plus many other processes of what we call life. None of these is possible without AT P.
The rate at which ATP is synthesised inside a cell from the recycled parts ADP and P is
crucial for a healthy cell. The daily volume of ATP generated is huge and amounts to almost
the organism’s weight. It is not surprising that ATP depletion in a cell is a universal red flag for
any type of disorder in any type of cell. Once the ATP content falls beyond a critical level, all
energy-dependent functions cease and the cell dies.
The fact that low energy light of certain wavelengths (colors) stimulates ATP production in
cells was discovered in the 1960’s, and this forms the foundation of:

Experiments have demonstrated that mitochondria, the ATP factories of cells, can absorb light
photons of certain wavelengths and increase output of AT P.
This is a point of primary importance. By restoring ATP energy supply in a cell, the IR laser
can support the functioning of any type of cell, be it in the muscle, skin, nerves or bones.
Since the initial discovery of the therapeutic action of low level lasers a vast body of
experimental evidence has been collected by scientists. Clinical trials have demonstrated the
efficacy of LLLT for over one hundred medical conditions.

The next component of coMra-Therapy is the magnetic field.

However, the actual physical process that lead to the chemical changes and the modification
of cell functions was still unknown.
In 2005 a most fascinating discovery was made: experiments demonstrated that:

in the presence of magnetic isotopes of metal cofactors.
The authors of the discovery suggested that the so called:

is responsible for the observed effect.
What we know from physical chemistry and quantum physics, is that the radical pair
mechanism directly links the combined effect of light and magnetic field to the rate of
chemical processes.
Along with the:

there is the possibility for a:

through inducing a higher energy state of the reactants with laser excitation.
However, this state of excitation is extremely short lived (just a few nanoseconds) and not all
molecules have enough time to be converted to final product, AT P.

enough to complete the process of ATP synthesis through the high-energy pathway.
To summarize:
The actions of the IR laser and magnetic field both pass through skin, deep into the body, and
directly restore ATP deficit in cells caused by a disease. This is why very often an immediate
relief is reported by coMra-Therapy users after a treatment.

The next two components of coMra-Therapy, color LE Ds and ultrasound, activate skin
embedded parts of nervous, immune and endocrine systems by initiating:

And this is very important to understand, because once activated, the defense and
regenerative systems of a body carry on the healing effect of coMra-Therapy for:

The contribution of the LE Ds to the overall effect of coMra-Therapy is very different from the
IR laser, because light of these wavelengths does not penetrate very deeply (about 4 mm)
and is mostly absorbed by the skin.
Let us very briefly look at the different functions of the skin.
The skin is the largest organ in human body that protects its internal balance. But far from
being a static barrier, the skin is also an:

Now, if we take a skin injury, the sensory nerves in skin will not only relay the information to
the central nervous system that the first line of immune defense was breached (the brain
registers the “Ouch”!), but the nerves also release a host of messenger molecules into the
immediate vicinity of the injury.
These messengers activate the second line of immune defense - immune cells that reside
directly in skin and those that circulate in blood and lymph – inflammation starts.
Together, the skin-residing nerves, the immune and endocrine cells, through chemical
communication between each other and with the rest of the body, fight off invaders and
promote tissue regeneration.
It is important to note that although the skin-produced messengers act mostly locally, they
also enter systemic circulation and modify the activity of distant organs. And all of this is done
under the supervision of Central Nervous S ystem that orchestrates the co-ordinated response
of the whole organism.
The fact that sunlight affects the endocrine and immune functions of the skin is very well
known. For example, the most well-known endocrine factor directly produced in skin by
ultraviolet light is vitamin D 3, which is vital for bone growth and immune system functioning.
However, we also know now that light of certain wavelengths in the visible spectrum, or
colors, has profound modulating effect on:

But how exactly does light do this modulation? To answer this question we need to bear in
mind that the ATP molecule not only acts as a universal fuel inside cells, but when released
into the space between cells it also takes on the role of a universal language that cells use to
talk to each other.
As a neurotransmitter ATP is directly involved in the excitation of sensory nerves, the
perception of pain and the neural control of immune and endocrine organs. And when
released by non-neuronal cells, ATP triggers protective responses, such as bone building and
cell proliferation.
Once the immune and endocrine cells become activated, they promote healing locally, but in
addition, the mobile immune cells and secreted messenger molecules also travel through the
blood and lymph to distant sites causing a:

The final point in relation to the LE Ds is that in coMra-Therapy the:

SEQUENCE
When scientists studied the effects of using light of different colors to stimulate cell growth,
they found out that blue light boosts growth by about 130 % (growth without light taken as
100 %), and red light by about 140 % when applied individually. But when applied in sequence
these two colors act additively to boost cell growth by 170 %.
U ltra s ound
The fourth radiance, ultrasound, provides a gentle mechanical impetus that accelerates all the
processes started by the other three components of coMra-Therapy.
Ultrasound is a mechanical vibration just as any normal sound, but with a frequency above
human hearing. When ultrasound passes through tissue it creates a continuous train of
expanding and contracting zones. This expansion and contraction makes the molecules
oscillate or vibrate. As a result, there is an extremely slight warming, but most importantly the
TRAN S P O RT and S Y NTH E SI S of all the molecules that the cells are producing becomes
much easier.
From a biological point of view, the gentle mechanical vibration greatly enhances the:
