MAKING AN APPOINTMENT AND THE ADVICE PROCESS
When you call UniSuper Advice we’ll help you consider if
scaled personal advice may suit you. We can schedule an
initial appointment with a Super Adviser which will focus
on establishing your goals and objectives for your UniSuper
account.
The initial appointment provides an opportunity to see
if our services may suit your needs. At the end of the
initial appointment we’ll ask if you want to go ahead with
advice. Up until this point the time we spend with you is
complimentary.
If you decide to proceed with advice we’ll take into account
what we’ve discussed and prepare our recommendations in
the form of a Statement of Advice, which will be presented
to you in your next appointment.
