Jeff Raymond, Managing Partner
Mr. Raymond serves as Managing Partner of Jensyn
Integration Services and President of Pylon
Management.
Mr. Raymond is the CEO of Culmin Staffing Group, a
productivity based staffing company, and CEO of
Slate Professional Resources, Inc.
Prior, Mr. Raymond was Founder and CEO of
Accountabilities, Inc. which is now a public staffing
company with over $1 billion in revenue.
Mr. Raymond has been directly involved in the
procurement buy and sell side of many acquisitions in
the staffing field representing over $800 million in
revenue.
Mr. Raymond has raised in excess of $200 million in
various forms of equity and debt for a multitude of
public and private companies. Mr. Raymond
contributes over 25 years of experience owning,
building, buying, selling and consulting to the staffing
industry.
Rebecca Irish, Managing Partner
Ms. Irish serves as Managing Partner of Jensyn,
Managing Partner of RVR Consulting Group and Managing
Partner of Penta Mezzanine Fund. She has focused on
public and private companies in a wide range of industries,
along with entrepreneurial and middle market entities.
Her expertise includes internal and external financial
reporting and controls, mergers and acquisitions, capital
sourcing and related management, forecasting and
budgeting, risk management and human resource
management. Ms. Irish co-founded RVR Consulting Group,
which provides corporate finance and transaction advisory
services to middle market companies. She also co-founded
Penta Mezzanine Fund, a private investment firm providing
$2 to $15 million customized growth capital solutions
to profitable, lower-middle-market companies nationwide.
Ms. Irish is the former CFO of Arcadia Resources, a
$175 million public company, where she led the
acquisition of 25 companies and expansion from two to
five business lines. In addition, she was the founder of a
home healthcare company serving patients in 4 states
which she sold to the company before joining as its CFO.
Prior to Arcadia, Rebecca was the CFO of Rotech
Medical Corporation, a $600 million public company,
where she raised over $200 million in subordinated
debt and equity and completed more than 300
acquisitions over her 7 year tenure. Rebecca began her
career as a CPA with Ernst & Young. She received a
B.S. in Accounting from Mississippi College.

Joe Raymond, Managing Partner
Mr. Raymond is Managing Partner of Jensyn and
Managing Partner of RVR Consulting Group. At RVR,
Mr. Raymond serves as a strategic advisor and
operational consultant for mid-market companies to
achieve growth initiatives and owner’s exit goals
through business process re-engineering, business
process outsourcing, and exit strategy management
services. He has been involved in the sale or purchase
of over 25 companies ranging from
$3 to $150 million in sales.
In 2002, Joe became President and a 50% owner of
Advantage Services Group (ASG), a $3.5 million
construction staffing company which he grew into a
$150 million performance based staffing company in 5
years with 30 offices. In 2007, ASG sold its business
to ClearPoint Business Resources, a publicly traded
company. In 1986, Joe founded Transworld Services
Group, a strategic staffing company. The company
grew to over $45 million and 4,000 employees in 10
years. In 1994, the company was named Inc.
Magazines’ 53rd fastest growing privately held
company. The company was also a member of the
Golden 100 Top Private Companies in Orlando. He
then went on to facilitate the company’s ISO 9002
certification, an internationally recognized standard of
quality achieved by only a few of the thousands of
staffing companies worldwide. In 1996, Transworld was
sold the company to CORESTAFF, a publicly traded
company.
Pete Underwood, Managing Partner
Mr. Underwood is Founder and Managing Partner of
Jensyn, Interim CTO of Live Oak Bank, and a partner and
shareholder for nCino. He has over 20 years of software
development experience in core trading systems on Wall
Street. He was the former SVP, Director of
Software Development for Wall Street Access where he
developed complex options trading technologies which
sold to ETrade.
As founder of Jensyn, he ran software development for TZero and Creditex (Credit Default Swap trading), which
sold to ICE for $685 million. Further, he assisted in the
formation of ICE Link which supports ICE Clear Europe
and ICE Trust US. Mr. Underwood is one of the principal
inventors of the nCino, a bank operating system built on
the Salesforce.com platform.
