Mr. Kenji Tanaka is the Director of Tana
Development (Singapore) Pte Ltd which
owns and manages CoCoICHIBANYA,
the most famous Japanese curry house with
more than 1400 outlets worldwide.
Heading the Singapore team together with
local partners, Ms. Jessica Lim and Khun
Torphong, they strive to provide the best in
service and food quality to the customers,
from
the
very
first
day
that
CoCoICHIBANYA opened in Singapore in
September 2011.

There is a strong passion in the Singapore team to satisfy discerning requirements of
customers with distinctive tastes, innovative dishes and a stylish ambience. Over the past few
years and now into its fifth outlet, the management under Mr. Tanaka’s leadership,
continuously seek improvement in human resources, management policies and advanced
technology for maximum operational effectiveness. The mission is to see customers coming to
CoCoICHIBANYA to enjoy their favourite food and be totally satisfied with top-notch service.
Mr. Tanaka is also the Chariman of Fuji Group which owns and runs one of Thailand’s largest
health-oriented restaurant chain ‘Fuji Japanese Restaurant’ with more than 95 branches across
the country.

wife, Mrs. Rasri Tanaka, has greatly assisted him in his business endeavors and is undoubtedly
