NKBA`s Tiny Home Challenge: Student Edition

NKBA’s Tiny Home Challenge:
Student Edition
The Clients
Harry and Olivia live with their 4 year old son, Gray, in San Diego, California. Both
Harry and Olivia are successful real estate agents who currently live in a 4,000 square
foot home, but have decided to downsize in order to live a more sustainable lifestyle.
This will also allow them to spend more time enjoying outdoor activities with Gray.
Both clients enjoy a bohemian inspired, design aesthetic with modern touches. As
they are building their new home, only the square footage is known. Harry and Olivia
are both open-minded and are looking for creativity and innovation in the design.
