This fee is applicable where your service has been suspended or restricted due to non-payment and your Service requires reconnection by
amaysim. This fee must be paid in addition to your regular pre-payment
for the Service.
Where you order a modem from amaysim
This fee is charged to your account if a fault is found to be caused by your
own equipment or setup after you have requested escalated technical
support and a specialist has been called in to check your line. Faults not
associated wwith your equipment or setup will incur no charge.
Where hardware is returned incomplete or damaged, you will be liable
for the full cost of that hardware. Amaysim will reimburse you in full for
returned hardware once assessed by our supplier.
Where you return hardware and equipment to us
An additional once off $300 nbn™ New Development charge applies if
your premises is identified by nbn™ as being within the site boundary of
a new development.
