He brings industrial and financial expertise as a strategic investor and asset manager from his 13 years with Cintra, S.A. and Ferrovial, S.A. where he was responsible for overseeing the build-out and growth of their $2 billion infrastructure concession business. We actively source and develop opportunities to invest in assets that have tangible economic characteristics that provide for reduced business risk and generate predictable long term cash flows. Kevin Kerr, Partner – Investments Kevin Kerr spent over 13 years at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board in various roles, including Global Head of Investments, and along with Ron Lepin, was a founding member of Teacher’s Infrastructure Group with a portfolio over $10 billion.
