fLive well. Be aware. Get involved. We’re excited to announce that, starting this year, we’re introducing an annual provincial “prevention theme” for Relay For Life. About half of all cancers can be prevented through healthy living and policies that protect the health of Canadians. Our overall prevention program is called “Live well. Be aware. Get involved”. Within this program, there are many ways we can all make healthy lifestyle choices. This year, we have chosen to focus our theme on eating well and being active. In each issue of RelayRap this year, we will offer information or tips on food and exercise choices you can make to reduce your risk.
