Week One.
Monday
Morning Snack: Low fat rice cakes with cream cheese & a piece of fruit.
Lunch: Sausage & pasta bake served with garlic bread.
Pudding: Peach and caramel crumble and custard.
Afternoon Snack: Homemade blueberry muffins & a piece of fruit.
Tuesday
Morning Snack: Fruit salad and crispbread.
Lunch: Chicken & vegetable bake topped with sliced potatoes & cheese bread
crumbles served with sweetcorn & peas.
Pudding: Crushed raspberries & strawberries with meringues & crème fraiche.
Afternoon Snack: Scrambled eggs and buttered bread.
Wednesday
Morning Snack: Low sugar & salt beans on toast.
Lunch: Homemade mixed peppers, cheese & tomato quiche s/w sweet cherry
tomatoes & homemade coleslaw.
Pudding: Jelly, fruit & ice-cream.
Afternoon Snack: Mediterrean wedges s/w cheese, paprika & yoghurt dip.
Thursday
Morning Snack: Oatcakes, cheese & fruit.
Lunch: Homemade crunchy fish fingers s/w homemade tomato sauce & peas.
Pudding: Summer berry sponge & yoghurt.
Afternoon Snack: Chinese noodle pots.
Friday
Morning Snack: Homemade buttermilk pancakes s/w banana and fruit.

Morning Snack: Rice crispies & toasted fruit loaf.
Lunch: Mediterranean coated chicken strips served with homemade tomato and
vegetable sauté potato salad, cherry tomatoes.
Pudding: Trifle.
Afternoon Snack: Homemade vegetable spring rolls & hoisin dip.
Wednesday
Morning Snack: Homemade banana and mango smoothie & low sugar digestive
biscuit.
Lunch: Salmon & spring onion fish cakes served with baby potatoes & cauliflower
cheese.
Pudding: Fruit salad & yoghurt.
Afternoon Snack: Rice cakes served with jam & fruit.
Thursday
Morning Snack: Cinnamon & raisin toasted bagels with fruit.
Lunch: Chicken and mushroom stroganoff served with wholemeal basmati rice.
