Completing the STAR Chart
1. Type in the following URL in an Internet Browser.
2. Type in your username and password as listed below. There is a “dot” between
first & last name. It is not case sensitive. Then click “Login”.

3. Update your Information.

Type school email

Select Subject
Select Grade
Type a password.

Click Update

(We can never see these
passwords.)
4. You will receive an email from StarChart. Please use to complete the chart.
5. Open the email message. Click the link in
the message to complete registration.
6. It takes you back to the original log in
screen as shown in step 1. Enter your
username again and the password you
established. Click Login. You can then
click “Begin” on the right and complete
the STAR Chart.
When completing this information, PLEASE be as truthful as possible. Respond to the
questions as it pertains to your teaching and your perception of Comal ISD.
Your screen will have responses in all the key areas when you are finished. Clicking the
Update button will allow you to change a response.
