GROUP FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
ALIGN & DEFINE: This class is multifunctional, focusing part of the time on strength training using weights, and the other part on mobility. Using foam rollers, balls and stretching, increase your
range of motion which will help your body realign and get into proper lifting positions.
BOOTCAMP: Looking to take your cardio and strength to a new level? This non-stop intense class that incorporates intervals, drills, plyometrics, agility and sheer will!
CARDIO PARTY: A rhythmic blend of Pop/Hip Hop/Funk/Latin music with high energy functional movements to form a non-stop cardio party.
CIRCUIT STRENGTH: Rotate through a circuit style workout utilizing equipment such as dumbbells, medicine balls and kettlebells for a total body burn.
COMBAT: Kick, punch, and strike your way to fitness in this high intensity cardiovascular workout. All levels welcome!
CORE STRENGTH: This workout will focus on abdominal and lower back exercises to give you a strong and centered core as well as improve balance, posture, and body alignment.
CYCLE: Improve endurance, climb hills and sprint while riding to the beat. The motivating music and instructors will get you sweating for a challenging, customizable and breath taking ride.
FLEX: Improve your overall flexibility and form while building muscle using a variety of equipment and techniques to improve your everyday functionality!
H.I.I.T: High Intensity Interval Training class that is constantly varied with functional movements, incorporating strength training, cardio, core work and flexibility. Weights, kettlebells, medicine balls
and body weight exercises will push you to your limits.
PILATES: This complete, low impact, core and body conditioning method will strengthen and lengthen your muscles. The emphasis is on developing a strong core, body alignment and breathing.
PILATES BARRE FUSION: Ballet inspired movements combined with elements of mat Pilates.
PRIMETIME STRETCH: Improve strength, flexibility, balance, range of motion, balance and coordination. Movements can be modified to accommodate all age groups and fitness levels. (Chairs will
be available for use)
PUMP: High energy strength routine for a total body workout. Using light to moderate weights with many repetitions, increase muscular endurance, build lean body mass and burn fat.
STRENGTH: Build strength and lean body mass in this weight training class. Learn the proper form an technique and develop a well-rounded strength routine.
YOGA: Restore your mind and body as you increase flexibility, balance and strength. All participant levels are welcome.
YOGA/PILATES FUSION: By using your body weight, improve core strength and flexibility in this combination class.
ZUMBA: Forget the workout and dance your way to fitness with a fusion of energetic Latin and international music. Join the party!
