The main focus on the next wave of car technology and how to develop an R&D strategy to maintain a competitive edge, proved incredibly popular with automakers and technology giants. With attendees from companies like Google and Tesla through to Ford, GM and Pioneer meant both tech companies, automakers and tier 1s were well represented. In fact we had 155 automakers attending, meaning we had a 40% automaker attendance. 3 days of content on autonomous vehicles, V2X, HMI and more firmly cemented Silicon Valley’s role as a hub of innovation for automotive. With niche automakers springing up all over the bay area, we see a lot of the future of automotive being decided here. In fact we believe that so much that we’ve expanded our research team in our office in San Francisco. We hope to welcome you back to Future Connected Cars 2017 on May 16-18 2017 at the Santa Clara Convention Center. If you’re serious about the future of automotive technology and want to keep your competitive edge, this is an event you simply cannot miss. Please note: Unlike other conference organisers we don’t like to lie about our attendance figures so if you’d like proof of these in the form of a delegate list, feel free to contact us.
