ittheninthacquisitionontheTruckHeroplatform.Financialtermsofthe
transactionwerenotdisclosed.
HeadquarteredinAnnArbor,Michigan,TruckHeroisaleadingsupplierofbranded
lightdutytruckaccessoriesforpickuptruckbedapplications.Sinceitsformation,
theCompanyhasgrownorganicallyandviaacquisitionfromtwotruckbedcover
brandsintoadiverseportfolioofsevenmajorbedcoverandtruckcapbrandsanda
premierbedlinerbrand.
