FHWA Approval of an Amendment to the
FY 2010-2013 Kansas STIP

Dear Ms. Miller:
As requested by your July 12th, 2010 letter, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has
reviewed the proposed Amendment to the FY 2010-2013 Kansas Statewide Transportation
Improvement Program (STIP).
Based on our review, we find that this STIP Amendment is based on a statewide transportation
planning process that substantially meets the requirements of 23 U.S.C. 134 and 135, 49 U.S.C. 5303
and 5304, and 23 CFR 450. The STIP Amendment is hereby approved.
