INDOOR SPORT – TEAM / PLAYER INFORMATION
FEES
1. Nomination fee applies for all sports (junior & senior) and this
fee must be paid prior to the first match. This fee is equal to one
match fee.
2. All teams must complete a Nomination Form containing contact
details and team information. Nomination fee should be paid upon
returning the nomination form.
3. Team fees must be paid in one full amount prior to commencement
of the match. Games will not start until both teams provide a
receipt of payment to the umpire or sport coordinator.
4. Netball bibs will be supplied (if required) for a $5 deposit. Deposit
will be refunded when bibs are returned at conclusion of match. If
lost or not returned at conclusion of match, deposit will be forfeited.
ELIGIBILITY
1. All players in open competitions are required to be 16 years and
over, unless otherwise authorized by the sport coordinator.
2. Players cannot play for two teams within the same
competition/division on the same day/night.
3. Junior teams are required to field players within the required age
eligibility only.
4. Players require 4 matches to qualify for finals.
5. Junior competitions for children under the age of 13 years, can be
any combination of boys and girls. However; a maximum of 3 males
on court at one time, males must be in each third and only one
male allowed under the ring at each end.
6. Sports Coordinators will grade teams into appropriate skill levels as
they see fit, including the right to move junior teams into higher or
lower age groups.
PROGRAM
1. Players are required to present themselves in conforming uniforms
for each match.
2. Umpires to keep score for each match if neither team can provide
a scorer.
3. Match times commence at schedule starting times and breaks are
at discretion of umpires.
4. When bleeding occurs on-court the player must be removed from
play until bleeding is covered or stops.
5. Matches will commence at scheduled start times with a penalty
(goals/points) for each minute a team is waiting for the opposition

6. For (Mixed) netball maximum of 3 males on court at one time,
males must be in each third and only one male allowed under the
ring at each end
7. Games commence once the minimum required numbers are
present for the match (5-aside sports – 4 players, 6-aside & 7-aside
sports – 5 players).
8. All finals are played over 2 weeks; semi final & grand final, unless
otherwise stipulated.
FORFEITS
1. A forfeit fee applies for all adult sport
o If more than 48hrs notice is given forfeit fee will not be
charged.
o If less than 48hrs notice, forfeit fee = 1 x match fee
2. Teams with outstanding fines/fees or those forfeiting 3 times within
any season can be removed from the competition.
3. Forfeits will be declared if 10 minutes after the scheduled start time
a team does not have the necessary number of players.
4. In junior sport, if a team forfeits 3 times in the one season then a
forfeit fee will be charged - 1 x match fee.
TEAM & PLAYER CONDUCT
1. All players agree to the centre conditions of entry.
2. A team is responsible for the conduct of its members, spectators &
supporters.
3. Umpires and/or management have the right to abandon a match if
conduct of players or spectators in deemed unacceptable.
4. Management reserves the right to impose penalties on teams
and/or players for their actions or bringing the program, game or
stadium into disrepute.
HOT WEATHER
1. All junior sports (under 13 years) are to be cancelled when the
advertised temperature, as detailed in that morning’s
Advertiser/Sunday Mail/Adelaide Now website, equals or exceeds
38 degrees. (excludes court 4)
2. All other sport will be cancelled when the when the advertised
temperature, as detailed in that morning’s Advertiser/Sunday
Mail/Adelaide Now website, equals or exceeds 40 degrees.
(excludes court 4)
3. Team will not be notified of cancellation due to hot weather policy.
This is the teams responsibility to understand and pass on this policy.
