PROMOTION TERMS CONDITIONS:
26 - 30 APRIL 2016
1. The Yum Yum Shoprite Promotion will be giving away free 400g Yum Yum peanut butter jars in Shoprite stores nationwide for
the period of 26 April 2016 - 30 April 2016 (while stocks last) (“the Promotion”).
2. The promoter is RCL FOODS Consumer (Pty) Ltd (“the Promoter”).
3. Any persons entering or participating in this promotion (“Participant”) accept and agree that by entering this promotion,
they have had an opportunity to read and consider these terms and conditions and that they are bound by these terms
and conditions.
4. By entering the Competition the Participant unconditionally and irrevocably indemnifies and holds harmless the Promoter,
as well as its holding company, its subsidiaries and any subsidiaries of its holding company, and their successors and
assigns, directors, employees, agents or consultants against all and any losses, claims, proceeding, actions, damages, (direct,
consequential or otherwise) liability, demands, expenses, legal costs (on an attorney and own client basis) howsoever arising
out of, based upon, or in connection with (directly or indirectly) the Participant’s participation in the Promotion and the prizes.
5. The Competition is open to all South African residents currently residing in South Africa but excludes any person who is a
director, member, partner, employee or agent of, or consultant to the Promoter and 34 Degrees South Marketing, its holding
company and affiliate companies and their immediate families; or a supplier or retailer of the goods or services in connection
with this Competition.
6. To enter the promotion, participants must do the following:
(a) Dial the USSD string: *120*569*11# and follow the prompts.
(b) Receive a wiCode, which a participant can use to redeem at any Shoprite store nationwide.
(c) Consumers go to their nearest Shoprite to claim a free jar of 400g Yum Yum peanut butter of any variant.
(d) Only 1x400g Yum Yum peanut butter jar per unique number will be allowed throughout the course of the Promotion.
7. USSD costs 20c/20sec. Free SMS bundles & airtime vouchers do not apply. Free minutes do not apply. Incomplete entries
may be billed by your service provider. The Promoter will not be responsible for telecommunication failure on the part of the
Participant’s service provider or for other technical failures affecting the Participant’s participation in this Promotion.
8. This promotion opens on 26 April 2016 and closes on 30 April 2016 (at midnight); no entries received before the opening
date or after the closing date will be considered.
9. PRIZE INFORMATION:
(9.1) A consumer will receive one free jar of 400g Yum Yum peanut butter of any variant.
(9.2) There will be 1 wiCode per unique number allowed throughout the course of the Promotion.
(9.3) The free 400g Yum Yum peanut butter jar is not exchangeable for cash or interchangeable with another brand
of peanut butter.

10. GENERAL:
(10.1) The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this Promotion, including the prizes, in the event of any
unforeseen circumstances or factors outside its control.
(10.2) Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

(10.4) Winners may be approached to take part in publicity for broadcast or publishing purposes, which is conditional upon
agreement to take part in such publicity. Winners that take part in any publicity will not be entitled to any payment or other
remuneration for such publicity or otherwise. All publicity and other materials will be the sole property of the Promoter.
