Buffers A, B, C, & D contain 0.1% Proclin 950
ProClin 950 is corrosive. Do not ingest. Direct contact should be
avoided with components that contain ProClin. Harmful if inhaled,
ingested or absorbed by the skin.
FIRST AID MEASURES
Eyes: Flush with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes.
Assure adequate flushing by separating eyelids with fingers. Call a
physician.
Skin: Wash thoroughly with soap and water. Remove
contaminated clothing and shoes.
Ingestion: Flush mouth if person is conscious. Call a physician.
Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. If breathing becomes difficult,
call a physician.
FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURES
Use extinguishing media appropriate for surrounding fire. No
special equipment or procedure is required.
ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
Wear appropriate protective equipment. Absorb with absorbent
paper. Clean spill area with soap and water and then disinfect.
Dispose of materials according to local and national laws.
HANDLING
Handling: Do not eat, drink, smoke or apply cosmetics in
laboratory areas. Do not mouth-pipette reagents or samples by
mouth. Avoid splashing and forming aerosols. Use reagents
according to the product insert. Avoid extreme temperatures during

BSA Blocking Solution contains BSA and 0.1 % Proclin 950
