Regency Health Care & Rehab Center was decorated and employees were dressed to set the atmosphere for Mardi Gras,

with a parade of music, throwing beads, passing of moon

traditional King Cake which included ‘finding a baby’ inside.
St. Patrick’s Day – March 17th
For the entire month of March, we celebrated Ireland and Irish heritage. The residents viewed videos of
Ireland showcasing the culture and beautiful countryside. The perfect opportunity for our Lunch Bunch to
experience an Irish restaurant came just days before St. Patrick’s Day. Submerged in the cultural ambiance
of the Irish, the Lunch Bunch enjoyed Reubens and beef stew at The Original Public House. On St. Patrick’s
Day residents enjoyed corned beef and cabbage, and beef stew for lunch. Later they snacked on green cookies and green punch while Larry & Garnetta livened the mood with music.
