HIDDEN MEADOWS on the ridge 340 Farmers Lane • Sellersville, PA 18960 Hidden Meadows P: 215-257-6701 • The Laurels P: 267-429-3931 Resident of the M nth Wilmer “Mike” Ziegler Mike was born in Quakertown, and was the youngest of nine children. He lived most of his life around Sellersville and Perkasie. For 43 years, Mike worked at the Gauge in Sellersville. He and his wife, Romain, of 62 years, built their own home on Walnut Street in Perkasie. Everything that needed to be done he could do himself, from cars to electricity. Mike has five children; four boys and a girl. In his fifties, he unfortunately had his first stroke, which stopped his work around the home that he enjoyed doing. Several other strokes cost him his speech and walking. Romain said it was very quiet, with no arguments for the last thirty years. His wife takes him home every so often and visits him at the Laurels every day. He is always ready to go back to the Laurels to see the girls. Mike is also a life member at the Moose in Sellersville.
